Every minute on the minute for 7 min or for 3 rep max in 7 min:
Overhead squat x 3

Rest 2 min
Burpee pull up x 30

90# max but I went for form, 3:27

3 x 4 power clean
3 x 8 trap bar dead lift
3 x 5 chin ups
SS RDL 3 x 8 + 50# DB farmers carry
