I Sunday and Monday were packed… Here is Sundays workout..

5 x 8 Pin Press

4 x 8 Rack pull
4 x 12 DB floor press

One arm all exercises then do other arm:
5,4,3,2,1
KB snatch, OH lunge, KB clean, rack lunge, 1 arm KB swing

3 x 10,10,10
Tricep cable push down,
OH extension,
DB floor extension

4 x 10 Hammer Strength wide chest press
