I hate packed gyms.

Yesterday the gym was so packed I was pissed off the whole time and couldnt really do my whole workout but this is what I got in…

50 spaced out squatted behind the head shoulder press with short BB

30,20,15,10,5 shrugs with 10 heavy in between each sets no breaks

30 easy bar delt raises

3x 10 + 5 pulses front and side raises

30 spaced out pull-ups + 5 toes-to-bar with each set

30 incline bench BB shoulder press

5 ea arm DB snatch 35#, 40#, 45#, 50#
