Ring dips

But since I’m a giant baby… I did power cleans and banded normal dips… And then rolled my delts out for a long ass time.

Warmed up and did a 1:27 hollow hold then cooled down afterwards with a 1:30 and then 4, 10 sec on 10 sec rest

8x 5 pull-ups, 10 DB curls, 5 toes-to-bar
