Sore delts…

Today’s WOD at Progressive Fitness Crossfit was 10 minutes to row 1000 meters then do as many burpees in the remaining time as possible…

BUT…. My delts are too sore to do burpees or any push-ups sooo… I had to finish my WOD out with heavy ass kettle bell swings..

So my challenge to you is.. Say screw burpees and do the row as fast as you can and then do

100 Shoulder height kettle bell swings…. Just.. Ya know… Try it out…
