Warmup-

10 pushups
5 toes to bar
5 squatted shoulder press

Minimize rest times-
10x
5 push jerk
10 DB curls
5 toes to bar
11th set max reps each exercise until you just can’t..

Practice weakness movements!
Today I practiced butterfly pullups and handstands for time [not walking yet 😦 ]
