5 minute hollow hold.. Every time I dropped.. 15 v-ups
Awkward object move:
10 objects (in the pic below)
10 Meters down, 1 object down at a time
Bear crawl back
After first 10 bear crawl down and back then bring everything back to the other side
Bear crawl down and back one last time
If you drop anything, 10 burpees.
