Squatted OH shoulder press with short BB- 30

Anterior delt raise with easy bar- 30

Wide grip bench- 30

Alternate DB press- 40

Anterior and lateral raises-
4 x 10 + 10 pulses on 10th rep, wipe tears…

Hammer strength chest press- 30

Incline bench DB shoulder press- 30

Shrugs-
30 w/ 25# DB,
5w/45# full shrugs,5w/45# “top” shrugs
15, 5&5
10, 5&5
5, 5&5

DB snatch 30 (20 lighter weight 10 kinda heavy)
