This wasn’t as easy as I was expecting

Modified a WOD my friend did today to fit the equipment I had here.. And it whooped me..

20, 16, 10
-Heavyish DB snatch or KB.. Whatever floats ur boat (half reps ea arm)
-front squat and press

And then Sit on the floor dripping sweat cause you wore a hoody like a dumbass

4x 10 hanging leg raises
4x 10 straight arm (on dip stand) leg raises
4x 10 leg raises with back support (read my mind)
4x 10 each arm lower weight “slow and controlled” DB snatch … As if that’s possible…
