Today got nasty after my friend didn’t think I could “break him”…

100 deadlifts

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 hang snatch

100 4- count flutter kicks 25# KB parallel to ground over/behind head

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 laying leg lifts w/ KB in same position

5 -60 sec planks 25# plate on back 20 sec breaks between

50 full extension situps (arms all the way back, sit up, fingers past toes to the floor)
30 russian KB twists
40 situps
20 KB twists
30 situps
10 KB twists
