Alternating deltoid raises
DB shoulder press
BB clean and jerk
BB clean and press
Close grip BB press
Bench dips
Cable extensions
Vbar tricep extensions

Today I’m going to a 60 minute hot power fusion yoga class.. Hopefully to stretch out.. I’m sore as shit.
