Mild chest and abs

Mehhh today sucked.

Unenthusiastic .5 mile warmup trot

3x 12 flat bench + 15 incline sit ups
3x 10 seated chest press + 30 sec hold on incline sit up
20,20,10 (each side) oblique twist 125#,125#,170#

Yea I know… Lame workout.
