Monday legs!

Hello! Today I warned up by playing on the rings! I don’t usually list it but I do toes to bar in between the majority of my sets when I’m around a bar.. Anyways…

2 minutes box jump burpees

3x5ea leg BB lunges 115#
3x 10 leg press+ 10 calf press
3x 10 calf raises 90#
3x 10 leg extension

60 minutes hot yoga

Rinse, repeat 🙂
