Today was a nice workout…
5 quick indoor track laps up the stairs around the loop down the stairs
5 up and down the stairs with 70# + run 5 laps, 4,3,2,1
To warm up a bit more:
3x 5 toes to bar back to back sets
3x 10 tricep pushups
3x 5 BB jerk
5x 8 straight leg dead lifts 135# + 8 lower back hyper extensions 45#
4x 10 leg lifts with straight arms on dip stand + 8 (ea arm) cable tricep extensions
Gummy worm turd. End of story.
