10 mile bike ride at lunch today, it was too windy, I had to turn around!

5 x 15 BB shoulder press
5 x 15 seated cable flies
5 x 15 flat bench press
3 x 10 (5 ea arm) DB snatch + 10 BB hang snatch
3 x 5 Toes to bar + 25 knees to chest

6 days till shoot!
