Friends don’t let friends skip leg day!

3.7 mile run

5x 15 seated leg press + 15 calf raises
5x 15 seated cable hamstring extension
5 x 5 front squats + 10 lunges
5 x 5 hanging leg raises + 10 leg raises (fully extended arms on dip stand)

7 days left till my shoot! Pizza… Why you look so delicious?!

And for dinner: George foremaned the hell out of some beef and salmon mixed it in with two eggs and a cup of broccoli, nom.
