Incline, back, bi’s and tri’s

Oh man.. How am I supposed to do legs tomorrow after doing 50 stair sprints up the incline. Fml. If you don’t know what the incline in Colorado springs is.. Google it! Haha

T bar row
mid row
tricep push down
Over tricep extension
Bent over cable extension
Lower back hyperextensions
Isolated lat pulldowns
isolated seated bicep curls
