Monday I did the same ab and leg workout as last week if you want to check out the blog from like the 26th (but this time I added on 20 plate OH lunges) but I also ran squadron PT.. And let’s
just say, they hated me..
We did 9 sets of suicides up and down the football field (20 yard line, 40, far 20 and back) and in between each set we did either 10 pushups, 20 situps, 10 burpees, or 15 squat jumps and after the last round we did a huge set of everything and they were all so happy to hear me say they were dismissed.
Today I cycled 15.6 miles, basically just home on lunch and then back to work and I think I’m going to do shoulders but I am soooo sore again from that leg workout. Brutal! I run PT tomorrow so that should be a fun 40 minutes of torture.
