40 (20 toes in 20 toes out) BW calf raises
15 wall balls
Tried to go without a break at all but after the 3rd set I was hurtin.

10 KB OH leg lifts
10 4 count cherry pickers
100 heel touches
30 sec plank with 25#
20 knees to elbows (in a high plank)
