Rest day. Ouch, everywhere!

I’m pretty sore.. Not gonna lie. Today was chill, I’m going to sleep pretty early. Had dinner at a Mongolian grill place, nom nom nom.

-Rolled out all my booboo muscles
-Toes to bar to warm up a bit
-5×10 bicep curl
-Practice muscle ups until you curl up into fetal position
