Today my shoulders were pretty wiped out from yesterday’s climb.. Did a little bit of a mixed up routine because I am sort of not feeling this new gym..
Warm up run with about 6-7 steeeeep incline sprints, rest as needed
5 sets 5 toes to bar, 10 tricep pushups, 5 135# straight leg dead lift, 5 ea leg lunge and press (at the same time.. Like a jump into a lunge and press)
4x 5 ea arm 45# DB snatch
3x 5 ea arm 50# DB snatch
10 victory tricep pushups followed by wanting to cry while in fetal position
Cooled down and stretched out with some yoga poses and headstands 🙂
