Started climbing again!

Got back into climbing today, so I guess you could say I’m officially back on track and doing everything I absolutely love to do.

Today I…
6 sets 5 toes to bar, 10 tricep pushups, 5 clean and press, 5 squat and press
1 set 5 ea side lunge and press (more like a jump and press into a lunge)

Climbed for two hours

60 min hot yoga
