90 minute hot yoga session this morning from 0930-1100 and then a 3.5 mile race at 1130… Great planning right?! Ha! I’m feelin it! The race was a part of the Pikes Peak Road Runners Fall Series, it’s a short series of races every other weekend that get longer as they go.. Should be fun. I meant to do all of them last year but I was in the middle of a divorce so it didn’t happen. I never ran cross country (or at all) growing up so it’s pretty interesting running up the middle of creeks and along the sides of cliffs haha. I’m getting back in the groove still so I’ll keep this up to date a little better from now on, promise 🙂 ciao!
