Today’s workout

Leg day! Did warmup movement with light weight prior to each:

-Leg extension 110# 4×8
-Leg curl 110# 4×8
-Squat 90# 5×5 135# 1×5
-BW calf raise 20 toes pointed out, 20 pointed in, twenty straight x 4
-Front squat 75# 4×5
-Lunge with 45# over head 4×5 eachleg
